Diverse Hiring Certification
Our Consciously Unbiased Diverse Hiring Certification workshop is designed for Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams. Participants will walk away informed on key inclusion concepts, the biases that show up within each stage of recruiting and hiring processes, along with mitigation strategies to reduce or remove those biases.
Participants are provided a safe space to unpack their own biases in a non-judgmental environment. The interactive, fun, and thought-provoking activities throughout keeps participants engaged and inspires them to commit to taking action and change behaviors in order to increase inclusion in hiring.
