Putting People First: Fair Chance Hiring

Fair chance hiring focuses on giving formerly incarcerated people a better chance at getting jobs. This panel conversation will focus on how workplaces can create support structures for marginalized people, including people who are formerly incarcerated or who are veterans, or those struggling with homelessness or addiction, to provide pathways to employment. It will also cover social impact metrics to illustrate how doing so can not only benefit people and communities, but also the workplace.
