Consciously Unbiased X TAPFIN Special Event: "Pay Up" With Reshma Saujani

Nearly 500 people registered for this special event to close out Women's History Month, featuring Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code and The Marshall Plan for Moms, to discuss her new book Pay Up: The Future Of Women And Work (And Why It’s Different Than You Think).

We were also joined by special event ambassadors to lead the four forces of change outlined in Pay Up to ignite a world where women’s work is seen and valued, including:
  • Fatima Goss Graves, President & CEO, National Women's Law Center
  • Eve Rodsky, author of "Fair Play" and “Find Your Unicorn Space”
  • Dr. LaNail Plummer, CEO, Onyx Therapy Group
  • Rachel Thomas, co-founder and CEO of LeanIn.Org

Registrants were mailed out a free copy of Pay Up. Please download the discussion guide below to get action steps everyone can take to make workplaces work for women, and specifically work for mothers. This is everyone's issue: It's time to turn a crisis into an opportunity to fix the broken systems that never worked for women.
