LEVERAGING PRIVILEGE FOR GOOD
An inspiring workshop that takes a deep personal dive into privilege. We all benefit from some form of privilege regardless of our race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or physical/ mental ability and we examine how we can leverage our identified privilege for good.
UNPACKING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS 2.0
This workshop is designed for participants who have already taken an introductory unconscious bias training. Its purpose is to take a deeper dive into biased behaviors and how to recognize and mitigate them. The session covers what is unconscious bias and why we have it; how it shows up in our personal and professional lives; and actions we can take to mitigate it.
MICROPROGRESSIONS™ & HABIT BUILDING
Building inclusive habits are the fundamental way to effect change. Although we all know how hard it is to break a habit, the key to behavior change is making small changes in a routine. This workshop includes education on how habits are formed, brain-based techniques to help spark behavior change and understanding the trigger, cues and rewards cycle.
HOW TO SUPPORT THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY
Inspiring session on the various ways we can show up as allies for our colleagues in the LGBTQ+ community. This session covers the biggest barriers members of the LGBTQ+ community face and more.

We all know that words matter and building an inclusive workplace-and world-depends on how we communicate with each other. Our goal is to help participants find common ground-or at least respectfully agree to disagree-while learning something in the process.
